Every interior finishing project is different, so we provide a tailored quotation based on the condition of the space and the work required. Whether you need a room completely redecorated, walls and ceilings plastered, new flooring installed or a combination of finishing works, we’ll arrange a site visit to assess the property and discuss your requirements.
During the consultation, we’ll look at the existing surfaces, preparation required, materials, finishes and overall scope of works. This can include everything from repairing and preparing walls, plastering and skimming through to painting, decorating, woodwork, flooring and final finishing touches. We’ll discuss your preferred colours, materials and finishes, as well as any preparation or remedial work that may be required before the final finish can be applied.
Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll provide you with a clear and detailed quotation covering the agreed works. We’ll also discuss our availability and expected timeframe during the consultation. To secure your booking, a deposit will be required, followed by 50% payment before works commence and the remaining balance upon completion. For larger projects or where significant materials need to be purchased in advance, payment may be requested sooner to cover these costs. Any payment arrangements will be agreed with you before work begins.

The Process
Every interior finishing project starts with a consultation and site assessment. We’ll visit your property to understand exactly what needs to be done, assess the condition of the existing walls, ceilings and floors, and discuss your preferred colours, materials and finishes. We’ll also identify any repairs, preparation or additional work that may be needed before the final finishes can be applied.
Once the scope of works has been agreed, we’ll organise the materials, equipment and labour required for the project. Where plastering or significant preparation is involved, we’ll begin by removing loose or damaged material, repairing imperfections and preparing the surfaces. This might include boarding, patching, skimming, filling, sanding, priming or other preparation to create a suitable base for the finished surface.
The finishing stage can then begin, whether that involves plastering and skimming, painting and decorating, wallpapering, tiling, flooring or a combination of different finishes. We’ll work methodically through each area, taking care to protect floors, furniture, fixtures and surrounding surfaces while maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Once the main work is complete, we’ll carry out the final finishing and inspection, checking edges, corners, joints, coverage and overall appearance. Any necessary touch-ups will be completed before the area is cleaned and cleared of materials and waste.
