Quotations & Bookings
Our property services cover gas and electrical installations and upgrades within your home, from individual installations to larger projects involving multiple services. This can include new or replacement boilers, gas hobs and cookers, lighting installations, sockets, switches, electrical upgrades and other gas or electrical works. Every property and installation is different, so we provide a tailored quotation based on your specific requirements.
We’ll arrange a site visit and consultation to assess the existing installation and understand exactly what you’re looking to achieve. We’ll consider the current condition of the system, access, existing wiring or pipework, positioning of appliances and any other requirements that may affect the work. We’ll then discuss the available options with you and recommend the most suitable approach.
Once everything has been assessed, we’ll provide a clear quotation outlining the agreed works. We’ll also discuss availability and the expected timeframe during the consultation. To secure your booking, a deposit will be required, followed by 50% payment before works commence and the remaining balance upon completion. For larger installations where materials or equipment need to be ordered in advance, payment may be requested sooner to cover these costs. Any payment arrangements will be explained and agreed with you before the work begins.

We’ll also discuss the costs and payment arrangements before the work is booked.
Before installation begins, the necessary materials, equipment and components will be organised and the working area prepared. Depending on the job, this could involve removing an existing boiler, hob or light fitting, preparing pipework or wiring, making adjustments to the installation area and carrying out any necessary preparatory work.
